Been doing some reading up about excessive flatulence (which is a problem I've been trying very hard to stop) and I'm kind of shocked at what foods I should avoid. Like whole wheat bread.
I don't get it. I thought whole wheat was supposed to be good for you. But it more than likely brings on a lot of my excessive flatulence.
So what the hell am I supposed to do? I've been trying to avoid white bread because of the refined flour. Maybe I should just start making my own bread.
