Anything that's big, over-the-top, and puts her in the middle as the center of attention. I can see a "Let's All Come In" theme, or anything involving Hollywood.

A girl in my brother's class did a Sweet 16 where she demanded all her guests could only wear black and white...and she made her grand entrance in a bright red gown. I can see Karen doing that.
