hollybrookeNorton 360 successfully installed. Computer running much better now. Had to get rid of Avast and a few other programs, but so far, so good.
And I know Hunter was the one who recommended Avast the first time around because it was free, but really? Sometimes if you want good protection, you'll have to pay some money for it.
Next up: upgrading to Windows 7. Or new computer. Whichever.
