Yeah, I know. I shouldn't be on the computer so much for being away from home, but hell with it. JR's computer is still up, and it is rainy and crappy outside, and the pool has a tear in the lining so that cancels out any swimming or laying out to get a tan, so this is the only way that Hunter and I could get any sort of entertainment and contact with the outside world today.
Speaking of Hunter, he's being a nosy pain in the ass today. God, I can't wait till we get home and he just goes back to school and out of my hair.
Turns out we all needed to get out of the house today, so we (Mom, Hunter, Aunt Roberta and I) got in the Sport Track and tried going to the nearest Dollar Store so we could pick up some Visine for me (my eyes are bothering me today, they're all itchy and irritated and watery; I had a history of developing styes in my eyes when I was younger and we'd be visiting down here in Opp...I hope that it doesn't happen again), buuuuut...since it's Easter Sunday, nearly everything is closed. Even Wal-Mart. Which cements my theory that I never want to move down here because it's so far from anything worthwhile...WORSE than Lowell is. Luckily, a Rite-Aid was open. My eyes feel better now, but I'm administering drops every couple of hours. Mom thinks it may be allergies due to all of the funeral flowers in the house, but that's crazy. I've had no allergies to flowers before.
Over at Weird Al's Stupid Club, we're all in mourning and just in plain shock. Go ahead and visit, and see what we have to say. You'd think we're strange folks to be so broken up over a mere celebrity's parents' tragic death, but you don't understand. Most of us at Stupid have met Al before. (Me included...twice.) He's one of the nicest, most amazing people you could encounter in your life, and it just seems very unfair that something like this could happen to him right now. He is in my thoughts and prayers right now.
And dammit, I wish that Hunter would quit being such a pain in the ass!! We need to get home, pronto.
