Heh. My mother made a comment last night...something about "oh, so she decided to have that 'operation', she's not a woman anymore?" Very gently, repeatedly, I had to tell her that no, Ma, he never really was a woman and yes, Ma, this operation is just changing his inside to match his outside. I have to laugh about it or I'll just cry, being half-gay (bi) myself. She understands Gay. She just doesn't comprehend anything outside of that.
