Yeah, that's why I have a feeling all the bitching my dad's been doing won't get him anywhere. Warranties only cover so much, like you said.
Let's not forget--my dad's one of those redneck-types that raises hell whenever anything malfunctions. But the people at the service department could've helped me out a little better, I'll admit.
