field trip!

Today was the field trip for all the earth science classes. It went pretty well. First place we went to was this artesian well (or so they called it) not too far from campus. Then we took a trip out to this county park in Valparaiso, and we did our stuff regarding the lakes and we identified some rocks. Then we went out to some other place outside of Portage to talk about marshes and stuff. Then we went to Miller Beach. Then we went home. All in the span on four hours.

And that was about it. Wowee.

At least the guys in the group I jumped in were pretty cool. ;)
