May. 17th, 2004 12:34 pmRocky went pretty good this weekend! Pretty big crowd, and a lot of them came dressed up. (I'm thinking of that whole row of people wearing Columbia-esque costumes.) I actually got to watch and participate for once instead of performing.
Damn, damn, damn. Part of me is chickening out about dying the hair blonde now. I got people this weekend telling me they like it the way it is now. (Kevin--who really hasn't seen me much in the last couple of weeks--said I'm going for the "Nidia" look. *ha ha*) I'm just worried that it'll make me look all washed out in the face, since I haven't been able to get outside and get a tan or whatever.
The wrestling pay-per-view was last night, and I went. Paul and Hillary showed up! I haven't seen them in ages, so it was good seeing them. Kevin's cousin Walter showed up, too. Something that kinda bugged me was when we were trying to confirm a number of who would be at our table, Kevin said that he had someone showing up and that THEY (meaning me and Dan) had people showing up, too. Okay, yeah, Paul and Hill are my friends, too, but they're more showing up for Dan than me. And what's with all this "they" crap? I straightened it out and said, "HE does." Oooh, and little miss Becky didn't show up again. I get all dolled up (I wore the exact same thing I wore to Rocky this Saturday night), and she doesn't even show. Dan keeps saying he's gonna bring her, and she never shows up. WHAT THE FUCK?!!! You know, if she wants a stable relationship with her boyfriend, she should be willing to hang out with him and his friends--I always did that with him. (I'm feelin' froggy now. Is she scared of me, after the whole five minutes she spent around me months ago? If I were her, I would be scared of me, too. Who really wants to meet the ex of their significant other? Seriously. And conversely, who wants to meet the person their ex is seriously seeing?
