Mom and I got into a discussion that Vh1 couldn't do a special on the top 100 hits of the 90s. She says it can't be done, and that the 80s had better music. I disagree. While I agree that the 80s were great and all, you could do a special for the 90s. She told me to come up with 100 songs from the 90s that people would recognize as hits.
