I'm with [livejournal.com profile] trewesterre in saying that 15 lbs in a month's time is not just a little unreasonable, but could be dangerous. You'd practically have to starve yourself and exercise around the clock, which is by no means a good way to lose weight.

Inches matter, not just weight, especially in the long run especially since muscle weighs more than fat. I've put on about 12 pounds in the last year, but my pants size never went up because all that was built was muscle.

Just take it slow, girly. Eat well, exercise and enjoy life. Let the weight loss come naturally. Please, just don't harm yourself. Being healthy and at your current weight is better than being sick and your "ideal" weight.
