well, speak of the devil!
So I'm at the library getting some stuff done. On the way here, I was thinking about how Tina and her family had moved to Lowell, and I was just wondering if she and Jacob had set their wedding date yet or if they had made any plans about that stuff.
I get here at the library, and guess who's working here now. Jacob! I guess he's the computer tech guy. So he and I caught up a little, and here I am now, farting around on the Internet here while doing some other...ah, what the hell, I just had to get out of the house.
I sent my admissions stuff to Purdue Calumet today. What was ironic about it was that I was watching an episode of "Spongebob Squarepants" while filling out my information. I also managed to cancel my subscription to Vibe magazine (I've been getting it through some offer from FYE, but I very rarely read the magazine), and my refund check from Ford Credit should be coming in the mail tomorrow. Score! :)
The weather is getting disgusting outside. I guess there's a tornado watch until 9 PM tonight. It was all dark on one side of the street and still light and shiny on the other side, and the rain was coming down hard in big drops.
*le sigh* If I get reeeeally bored, I can always re-read Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince.
Earlier, I was chatting with Jeed online. We're basically just trying to flesh out stuff for Starbright Continued. I wanted to get a joint post in with Jem and "Ace." Oh, it's gonna get good this summer. I can't wait. Which reminds me--I need to start doing sketches of how Rio will look with the dark blue hair. I honestly couldn't make up my mind if I wanted to replace Rio's purple hair with dark blue or brown for "Ace," so I asked Jeed for her input. We both came to a consensus on dark blue, because in the "Jem" universe, it wouldn't fit for a main character to have a normal hair color (unless it's Jerrica, of course).
And don't tell me Craig Phillips has blue hair and I'm just copying off of him. This is DARK BLUE I'm talking about. It's going to look cool. ;)
